Mike Alverson joins RBC with over 25 years of professional experience across healthcare systems and operations. With background experience ranging from application programming for Indiana-based hospital systems to the payer side of healthcare as Senior Director of IT, Mike has led numerous technical teams integrating payer portals and payer systems for real-time claims submission and eligibility inquiry. Mike Alverson joins the RoBailey Consulting Team, highly skilled in architecting technical solutions as the senior consultant and co-owner of an Indiana-based consulting firm, facilitating operational improvements for claims operations and clinical applications for care management operations and documentation.

Director of Behavioral Health Innovation

With over 20 years of experience, Nichole has extensive and all-encompassing knowledge regarding healthcare facilities and managed care entities. Nichole is a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in behavioral health and substance use disorders. Nichole’s unwavering passion for customers and clients guides her intuitiveness in analyzing unmet needs while implementing continuous quality improvement processes. Her approach encourages and supports a complete continuum of care. Whether it be configuration, contract strategy, negotiation, or in-depth analysis of policies and procedures, Nichole remains community focused while ensuring timeliness and improved quality of care.

Nathan Bailey MA, RD

Business Management & Community Partner Liaison

Nathan Bailey, the Business Manager and Community Partner Liaison for RoBailey Consulting, has nearly 20 years of experience in public health service. A Ball State University graduate, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) in social services, Nathan gained ten years of experience counseling clients and ten years in leadership as Program Manager and Administrator for Women Infants and Children (WIC). Nathan's passion for serving the underserved community led to the successful development and implementation of numerous programs and resources for the WIC community. With expert experience in public health, social service, and leadership, Nathan provides trained guidance facilitating RBC's professional cohorts through project objectives and providing executive coaching and preparation. Nathan's wife and kids are his heart and soul. He enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and dog. When he isn't working, he loves the outdoors, sports, playing cards, and everything fireworks.

For nearly 20 years, Sarah White has gained extensive training with professional experience in writing development and literacy, coaching youth to adult levels. Sarah's experience providing enhanced attention to detail, adapting, transcribing, and proofreading print and braille text has produced a strong foundation in developing content control, ensuring visual consistency, typography, and a range of style guide implementation. She is a master educator and the founder of Sarah White Proofing, using her trained eye to transform writing with professional wordsmithing services. With over 40 years dedicated to the healthcare industry, Cheryl Hobbs-Ferguson is the Director of Claims Process Analysis with RoBailey Consulting. Cheryl has successfully managed numerous diverse claim operations, including life, dental, disability, HMO/PPO, Medicaid, Medicare, Individual, Indemnity, and self-funded plans. Cheryl's experience overseeing system conversions and upgrades includes implementing all claim policies and procedures. With her extensive background and training in hospital systems, Cheryl ensures accuracy and efficiency when supervising the implementation of all processes and payment methodologies. When Cheryl is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jen Hale, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®

Administrative Process Management

Jen Hale, a highly skilled CAPM in the managed healthcare industry, has successfully managed projects of varying sizes and complexities while working with VPs and subject matter experts throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Readiness Review process. Jen's strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills allow her to manage cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and deliver results on time and within budget. In addition, she can assess operational readiness, enabling her to identify gaps and assist with developing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation. With her understanding of the complex healthcare landscape, Jen has successfully helped manage numerous high-profile projects that have positively impacted patient care and organizational efficiency. Jen's navigation of complex regulatory and compliance requirements assists the compliance department with implementing continuous contract changes and federal requirements. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and has earned her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), having been formally evaluated in Project Management Fundamentals, Predictive Methodologies, Agile Principles and Business Analysis, all requirements of effective project management. In her spare time, Jen enjoys walking with her husband and dogs, working out, traveling with family and friends, and spending time with her niece and nephew at their many accomplished sporting events.

Heather Hobbs has 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her background in medical administration, years of success in the claims department, and skillful data entry guarantee her attention to detail and efficiency. Heather's role with provider enrollment special projects is essential to RBC, requiring unique project research and updating detailed reports. Heather studied Psychology and Medical Administration programs at Ball State University and Ivy Tech. Heather enjoys all animals, especially dogs, including her 12-year-old Chihuahua. Heather loves taking walks and spending time with her many family members. She has a passion for academics, history, medicine, health sciences, and current events.

Callie Nichols, a consultant with RBC, holds an essential role with provider enrollment special projects, requiring a sharp eye for detail and accuracy in unique project research and reports. Administrative Program Management

Ashley Wilson is a dynamic systems-thinker specializing in Healthcare Quality, Strategy, and Operations and has worked in senior executive leadership roles, leading strategy and operational execution of deliverables in the healthcare delivery, government program, and payer environments. Ashley has over 20 years of industry experience, ranging from provision of direct patient care as a registered nurse (RN) to working in senior executive leadership roles, supporting the design and execution of the organizational strategic plan, budget development and oversight, and operational planning. Ashley’s knowledge of public health and the regulatory landscape enables her to provide business strategy insight from the broader lens of the healthcare system, enabling organizations to maneuver proactively to maximize cost-effectiveness and quality of services. Ashley has a successful track record of supporting healthcare organizations in the adoption of value-based arrangements and large-scale quality and performance improvement initiatives. Throughout her tenure, Ashley has led a variety of multidisciplinary process improvement projects aimed at reducing cost, increasing efficiency, improving clinician experience, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a lifelong Hoosier, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, working outdoors, and doing projects on her farm.
